He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Gilliland and Lucille Gilliland; his sister Beulah Gregory (Fred); and his brothers-in-law, Gerald Jenkins and Tommy Hansel.
He is survived by: his daughter Melanie Rick; his former wife Kate Gilliland; his stepdaughter Sandra LAne; and his siblings, Kenny Gilliland (Norma), Barb Jenkins and Dorothy Hansel.
