He was predeceased by: his parents, Bud Hawkins and Dorothy Hawkins; and his siblings, Jimmy Edmonds, Walter "Petie" Holt and Dottie Hawkins McGaha.
He is survived by: his sister Kathy Emory (Thacher); his nephews, Richie Emory and Tracey Edmonds; his niece Taffy Edmonds; his sister-in-law Linda Edmonds; and his caregivers, Olivia Williams, Jackie Williams, Chloe Williams and Heidi Williams.
