He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Phillips; his children, Billy Jr. (Kim Phillips), Jason (Alyssa Phillips), Lendell (Tonya Phillips) and Lisa (Eric Hendon); his grandchildren, Grayson, Cameron Dale, Matthew, Bridget, Tony, Alie, Domenic, Dakota, Nate, Zeke and Patrick; his great grandchild Abigail; his siblings, Bobbie Carpenter, Betty Gale Dyer, Anita Parks (Homer), Carolyn Russell, Renee Lawson, John Phillips and David Phillips (Glenda); his mother-in-law Janice Keller; his close friend Fisty Butt; and also, Rita Ann Hayes and Terry Dawson.
