With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tommy Forsythe (Nashville, Tennessee), who passed away on November 4, 2024 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rollie Forsythe and Lena Blanche Forsythe; and his brother George Fagan. He is survived by: his wife Regina Forsythe; his children, Thomas Forsythe II (Carli) and Kimberly Hesselbacher (Jeremiah); his grandchildren, Adam, Ben and Shiloh Hesselbacher; and his siblings, Judy Hammock, Mike Forsythe, Don Forsythe, Janis Webb and Mark Forsythe.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the West Harpeth Funeral Home (6962 Charlotte Pike, Nashville, TN 37209). A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
