He was predeceased by: his parents, Idabelle Ramsey and Thomas Ramsey; his wife Linda Ramsey; and his sister Dottie Fuqua. He is survived by: his daughter Joi Lynn Lyons (James Lyons); his grandson Austin RayBurr (Ashley Roe); his great grandchildren, Lincoln Ray Burr and Crimsyn Lorelei Burr; and his nephew James Fuqua.
