She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Armistead (Billinger) and Charles Bonner Armistead; and her former husband Joseph Stafford Horsley. She is survived by: her husband Joe Horsley; her daughter Anne Horsley Riegle (Scott); her grandchildren, Lauren Riegle Mitchell (Trevor) and Joseph Warren Riegle (Kate); her great grandchildren, Margot Ellis Mitchell and Weldon Stafford Mitchell; and her sister Mary Armistead Gaines. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
