He is survived by: his sister Darlene Bentley (Lane) of Henderson, KY; his niece Annie Bentley (Dillon Rouse) of Henderson, KY; his daughter Tiffany Ramsey (Eric) of Henderson, KY; his granddaughters, Reese and Raegen Ramsey; his girlfriend Heather Abner of Dixon, KY; his siblings, Lance Duckworth and Tracee Dickerson; and his close friends, Stephanie Humphrey Donahoo and Missy Woods. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
