He was predeceased by: his father William "Chili" West. He is survived by: his mother Vivian Braswell (Michael); his son Zane Scott (Maddie); his brothers, Brandon West (Jessica) and Lance West (Cassie); his aunt Janet Dodd; and his uncles, Bailey Dodd, Tony Hood, Paul West (Patty) and Kenny West (Jenny). He is also survived by his numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations may be made to the Nashville World Outreach Partners, a children's ministry of Tusculum Hills Baptist Church.
