Miller (Thomas), Elaine Kruppa (Rick), Jeff Chinander (Kelly) and Donnie Chinander (Jennifer); his grandchild Ashley Nicole Ufen (Brad); his children, John Hurt III (Kimberly), Kevin Hurt (Jackie), Dillion Kruppa (Shelby Parton), Jacob Chinander, Amber Chinander, Kathyrn Chinander and Luke Chinander; his great grandchild Kate Ufen; his grandchildren, Hunter James Ufen, Logan Scott Ufen, Elizabeth Washburn, Cameron Douglas, Mila Hurt, Ian Hurt and Sophia Hurt; and his brother Daniel Jesse Thompson.
