She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Turner and Lorraine Simms Turner; and her sister Lyn. She is survived by: her husband James Kent Westberry; her daughters, Susan Mosier (Mark), Judith McClure (Gary), Debeaux Grace Hinson and Dawn Millis; and her sister Renee Miles (Richard). She is also survived by loving grandchildren, family and friends.
