She was predeceased by: her parents, Braxton Morgan Duke and Janie Donoho Duke; and her sisters, Donna Duke McClurkan and Debra Duke Cayce. She is survived by: her husband Phillip R. Burnett; and her children, Brandy Jill Burnett and Jeffery Todd Burnett.
