He is survived by: his wife Jackie Puckett; his children, Cherrie Puckett, Andrew Puckett, Kayla Gross (Richard) and Michael White; his grandchildren, Garrett Puckett, Bree Chapman, Arabella Gross, Theodore Gross and Hayden White; his great grandchild Ashley James Puckett; his brother Kyle Puckett; and his close friends, James and Nancy Jarvis. He is also survived by family, and several nieces and nephews.
