It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Glenn Amyx of Mount Carmel, Tennessee, born in Kingsport, Tennessee, who passed away on June 6, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his former wife Barbara Jeanette Amyx; and his parents, James Amyx and Vena Amyx. He is survived by: his children, Lynn Amyx (Stephanie), Glen Amyx (Loretta) and Sherry Lane (Jeff); his grandchildren, Brittany Ward (Daniel), Anthony Crowder, Kaylee Lane, Andrew Amyx, Abigail Amyx, Steven Lane and Lindsey Ely; his great grandchildren, Baby Lane and Baby Ward; and his siblings, Freddie (Regina) and Barbara. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
