He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Perry of Perry and Beulah Perry; his former wife Joyce Perry (Tunnell); and his daughter Kristy Christian. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Reeves; his children, Kim David (John) of Social Circle, GA and Douglas Perry of Tarpon Springs, FL; his stepchildren, Jason Phillips of Blountville and Rozlyn Mohammed (David) of Mount Carmel; his grandchildren, Jacob (Joseph David), Elizabeth (Alex Christian), Brittney (Gabe Phillips), Brenna (Rachel Mohammed) and Jess Bates; and his siblings, Barbara Sturgeon (Mike) of Rogersville, Wayne (Wanda) of Rogersville and Ronnie of Knoxville.
