She was predeceased by: her parents, William Napier and Sarah Cross Napier; her husband Carl Oliver; her siblings, Sandra Odum, Billy, James, Raymond and Lonnie Napier; her nephew Anthony Napier; and her great-nephew Mark Napier.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary Oliver (Shelia) of Mt. Carmel and Greg Oliver of Mt. Carmel; her grandson Chris Oliver (Mary); her great grandchildren, Dexton Oliver, Kira Oliver and Emmett Vogt; her siblings, Beulah Napier of Kingsport, Priscilla Shaffer of Kingsport, Willis Napier (Jeanette) of Johnson City and Danny Napier of Kingsport; her sisters-in-law, Shirley Napier of Kingsport and Rose Napier of Kingsport; and her caregiver Kimberly Palmer. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
