He was predeceased by: his mother Una Lee Smith. He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Kirk and Joshua Smith; his father Jim Smith; his grandchildren, Aden Kirk, Kiersa Kirk and Stryder Smith; and his siblings, Robby Smith (Rose Ann) of Jason Smith and Kim Wolfe (Stanley). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
