He was predeceased by: his daughter Maurica Oakley; and his wife Arvella Tye Oakley. He is survived by: his children, Keith Oakley (Angel) and Rachelle Gill (Virgil); and his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Brian, Ashley, Julie, Logan and Ashton. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, extended family and a host of friends.
