He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Lemka and Margaret Lemka; and his siblings, Teresa Lemka Lipton, Eddie Lemka and Johnny Lemka.
He is survived by: his significant other Ruby Bolden; his daughter Lisa Lemka Allen (Richard); his grandson Keller Carter (Jaleesa); his great grandchildren, Lylah Carter and Gracelyn Carter; his stepsons, Paul Atkins and Richard Atkins; his stepgrandsons, Austin Atkins and Tanner Atkins; and his brothers, Kenny Lemka (Pat), Bill Lemka and Joe Lemka.
