He is survived by: his parent Cleo Stallings; his sisters, Evelyn Blackmon, Dorothy Hickerson and Marty Gilbert; his daughter Diana Stallings; his wife Carol Woods Stallings of Morristown; his children, John, Jr. (Louise) of Dandridge, Stuart W. (Jan) of Morristown, Deb of San Francisco, Steve of Morristown and Kathee (Lynne Hatcher) of Dandridge; his grandchildren, Mirena Hall (Chesney), Miranda Richey, Stephanie Stallings, Becky Stallings, Kirsten Witt and Ethan Stallings; his great grandchildren, Lizzy Hall, Nola Hall, McKenzie Stallings, Dawson Frazier and Jupiter Witt; and his brothers, Edward Stallings and Charles Stallings. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
