She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Fox; her parents, John Smith and Nannie B Allison Smith; her granddaughter Tina Harman; her great grandchild Meranda Hubbard; her children-in-law, Judy Fox, James Wayne "Jimmy" Epps and Edward Leon Epps; and her siblings, Charlsie Fox, Irene Young, Johnny Smith and Alfred Smith.

She is survived by: her children, Janice Cody (Brownie) of Cosby, Wanda Faye Epps of Russellville, Mary Helen "Bobbie" Epps of Morristown, Pamela Standifer (Tim) of Morristown, Jennifer Fox (Mitchell) of Morristown, Sanford Fox and Dale Fox of Morristown; her brothers, James Harold Smith of Bybee and Winfred Smith of Morristown; and her niece Jason. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; special great-nephew.
