She was predeceased by: her husband George Richard Mullins; her parents, Horace Wolfe and Effie Wolfe; her daughter Kathy Dotson; and her siblings, Paul Max Wolfe, Wayne Wolfe and Louise Carter.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Mullins and Anita Britt; her grandchildren, Justin Dotson, Ritchie Dotson, Gary Britt, Randy Britt, Derrick Mullins, Devan Mullins and Jared Mullins; her great grandchild Gabriel Britt; and her siblings, Carl Wolfe and Eula Mae Bullion.
