He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy C. Lewis; his parents, Elmer Lewis and Anna Lewis; his daughter Leona Henson; and his siblings, Roy Lewis and Mary Perry.
He is survived by: his children, Blaine Lewis (Vicki) of Taylors, SC, Gordon Lewis (Kathy) of Greer, SC, Gilbert Lewis (Sonya) of Simpsonville, SC and Shannon Witt (Brian) of White Pine; and his siblings, Wayne Lewis, Madeline Humphrey, Pauline Slade and Sue Roden. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
