He was predeceased by: his wife Georgia Buell Stines; his children, Linda Stines, Janice Stines Courtney and Steve Stines; his parents, A. L. Stines (Fate) and Ruth Moore Stines; his brother James Stines; and his grandson Justin Stines.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Masoner (Steve), Gary Stines (Diane) and Rick Stines; his siblings, Dorothy Stines Buell and Johnny Stines; his daughter-in-law Gina Stines; his grandchildren, Shelby Masoner, Morgan Masoner, Josh Stines (Jessica), Matt Stines and Morgan Stines Barr; and his close friend June Severs. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
