He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Dugger and Ina Dugger; his sister Doris Trent; and his wife Judy Bishop. He is survived by: his children, Rita Charlton, Tammy Jackson (Roy), Lynn Collins (Janice) and Lisa Stubblefield; his wife Joan Dugger; and his sisters, Betty Barker, Sharon Long, Janet Pridemore, Cheryl Dugger, Norma Newman, Wanda Wright, Opie Coffey and Ronald D. McKinney. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren.
