She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Hicksey Carpenter; her son Johnny Carpenter; and her grandson Shannon Lovell. She is survived by: her daughter Mary Manning (Daniel Manning); and her daughter-in-law Mary Ann Carpenter. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
