He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Charlie Austin Bowlin; his grandparents, Madge, Adam Carpenter, Lon and Myrtle Bowlin; his wife Ruth; his children, Elmer and Kiley; his mother Alice Ruth Bowlin; his brother Tracy Bowlin (Joyce); his niece Hannah (Ethan); his nephew Tommy Bowlin (Courtney); his mother-in-law Charlene Gilliland; his siblings-in-law, Naomi Gilliland, Katherine Ward (Steve), Bobi Ragona (Vince) and Darrell Gilliland; and also, Kaleigha and Dreamah Trent.
