She is survived by: her daughters, Glenda (Perry Hensley) and Nazera (Terry Smith); her stepdaughter Kathy Sue McKelvey; her grandchildren, Gwen Hensley (Omar), Perry Hensley Jr. (Dara), Tori Hensley (Freddie), Nicole Dyer (Mike), Megan Smith, Amanda Everhart, Adam Everhart and Sierra Tino; her stepgrandchildren, Shannon Lewis and Denice King; her great grandchildren, Mya Hall, Aubree Turner, Aaliyah Hall, Joseph Dyer, Issac Cordwell, Kassien Everhart and Skylee Tino; her nephew Rocky Everhart; and her sister-in-law Louise Everhart. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and her caregivers.
