He was predeceased by: his son Charles David Davis; and his grandson Marshal Corey Knight. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Davis; his daughters, Carol Anderson (Dirk), Christina Knight (Chris) and Cathy Loveday (David); his grandchildren, Natashia Jackson, Clarissa Greene and Alan Anderson; and his stepmother Cynthia Davis. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
