Hawk; her parents, Henry Luttrell and Izola Baysinger Luttrell; her brothers, Glenn, Scotty, Ivas and Ben; her son James; her daughter-in-law Evelyn Hawk; her grandchildren, Cameron Hawk (Amy) and Melody Shelton (Jason) of Mohawk; her great grandchildren, Wendy Hawk of Greeneville, Kerri, Ethan, Adalee Hawk and Amara Shelton of Mohawk; her great great grandchild Kaileigh Thompson of Greeneville; and her siblings, Ruth Freeman, Mae Dean Blazer, Joyce Ottinger, Iva Akins of Greeneville, Jeanette Morelock of Limestone, Gonav Moyers, Lois Ball of Morristown, Robert, Dale, Bennie of Greeneville and Gary Luttrell of Bybee.

Due to the COVID Pandemic there will be no formal visitation.
