She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Fowler and Ethel Fowler; her husband J. W. Douthat; her son Mark E. Douthat; and her siblings, Juanita Stroud, Mae Knight, Jewel Harvin and Alonzo Fowler.
She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Douthat; her daughter-in-law Beth Douthat; her grandchildren, Luke of Mohawk, Sarah of Mohawk, Rebecca of Mohawk and Jonathon Douthat of Mohawk; her siblings, Margaret Gardner of Morristown, Beulah Purgason of Ohio and Louis; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Fowler of Newport, Gearlene Horner of Jefferson City, Karen Gilland, Kathy and Jerry Adams. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
