She was predeceased by: her father James Puckett. She is survived by: her husband James Daugherty; her children, Kurt Daugherty (Nickolas Scott), Kimberly Scott and Devon Hoffman; and her siblings, Ty Kopke, Tricha Kopke and Vickie Puckett. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
