Ramsey (Memphis, Tennessee), born in Forrest City, Arkansas, who passed away on March 30, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, D. F. Sampley and Eunice Sampley; and her son Alton G. Ramsey. She is survived by: her husband Franklin D. Ramsey; her daughter Lois; and her son-in-law Gary.
