He is survived by: his wife April Peete Garrett; his children, Aapri Garrett and Rodney Garrett, Jr.; and his parents, Carolyn Garrett and Rev. Charles Hayes. He is also survived by one sister and three brothers.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Millington Funeral Home (7738 Church St, Millington, TN 38053). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Royal Priesthood Ministries (1226 Breedlove St, Memphis, TN 38107). A burial will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at the Hayes Cemetery.
