She is survived by: her mother Marjorie Ellsworth of Ohio; her husband Ronald Crawford of McMinnville, TN; her children, Jillian Marie Crawford of Indiana and Lucas Richard Crawford (Sheryl) of Sparta, TN; and her siblings, Jeanne Doan (Mark) of Ohio, Margo Witkowsky of Illinois and Doug Ellsworth (Betty) of Illinois. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
