He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hoyt and Maude Pauline Ware Grissom; and his spouse Linnie Mae Catron Grissom. He is survived by: his sons, Clayton Grissom of Hamilton, OH and Jeffery Grissom of Fort Myers, FL; and his siblings, Jimmy Morris Grissom (Ellen) of St. Petersburg, FL and Wanda Ruth Cantrell of St. Petersburg, FL.. He is also survived by three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
