He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion "Bud" Dillard and Doris "Bird" Brace Dillard; his grandparents, Harvey, Hazel Brace, Frank and Lula Dillard; his son Harvey "Hobby" Reed Dillard; and his siblings, Douglas Dillard and Muriel Long.
He is survived by: his daughter Dawn Hairrell (Billy) of Knoxville, TN; his grandchild Peytan Sutherland; his great grandchild Dawsyn Sutherland; his siblings, Robin Dillard of McMinnville, TN and Shairy Lambert of Lake Station, IN; his aunt Pat Belker; and his nephew Jason Jacobs (Amanda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
