He is survived by: his son David Clark, Jr. (Tara) of Morrison, TN; his grandchildren, Lee Clark (Myosha) of Morrison, TN, Justin Sims of Dunlap, TN, Jesse Clark of McMinnville, TN and Teresa Sims of Dunlap, TN; and his siblings, Darlene Harmon (Ted) of Dunlap, TN, Billy Clark of Dunlap, TN, Ruby Cagle of Dunlap, TN and Buck Clark of Dunlap, TN. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
