He is survived by: his wife Judy Keck of Maryville; his children, Leah Bowling (Jerry) of Corryton, William "Rusty" Keck (Rachelle) of Charleston, Junior Tillett (Betsy) of Maryville and Jeff Tillett (Desiree) of Maryville; his grandchildren, Brittany, Daniel, Jared (Sara), Tyler (Davon), Bryce, Kaylee, Storm (Madison), Dane, Ryker and Wyatt; his great grandchildren, Keyara, Brooklynn and Sofia; his siblings, Roy Otis Keck III and Wanda Sellers (Carl); his niece Angela Gerguis of Statesboro, Georgia; his mother-in-law Betty Norton; and his siblings-in-law, Janet Helton of Knoxville, Dale Norton (Kay) of Ringgold and Neil Norton of Greenback.
