He was predeceased by: his former wife Rita Duncan Coulter; his parents, Edgar Coulter and Alma Law Coulter; and his brother-in-law Fred Graves, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Susan Patricia Graves Coulter; his children, Bradley Lynn Coulter and Jennifer Bliss Coulter Stapleton (Amy Stapleton); his grandchildren, Ben Coulter, Holly Coulter, Sam Stapleton and Ruby Stapleton; his stepchildren, Tim Coulter and Susan Coulter Millsaps; his stepgrandsons, Justin Coulter and Mitchell Millsaps; his sister Judy Coulter Shore; his brother-in-law Johnny Shore; his niece Tracie Shore Alexander (Charles); his nephew John Shore (Carol); his siblings-in-law, Carl, Charlene Kirkland and Joyce McKee; and his friends, Clint, Darlene Abbott, Ben Dalton and Steve Ford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
