He is survived by: his wife Sandra Blevins; his children, Cindy Blevins and Chris Blevins (Tammie); his grandchildren, Tyler Blevins (Jess Curtis), Jordan Blevins Kelley (Sean Kelley) and Cassie Blevins; his great grandchild Georgia Kelley; and his siblings, Jack Blevins (Dot) and Betty Waters. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
