Payne; her grandchildren, Donnie Lee Payne, Jr. and Roma Darlene Strickland; her great grandchild Jeremiah Colton Payne; her son-in-law Dwight Yearout; her parents, Floyd Hatcher and Alice Hatcher; and her siblings, Kenneth, Howard, Bobby, Jack Hatcher, Marie Keller, Dorothy Blair and Sara Lou Dorsey.
She is survived by: her children, Larry (Nadine Payne), Don (Susan Payne), Bill (Sherry Payne), Phil (Yvonne Payne), Debbie (Mike Pickel) and Tina (Bob Strickland); her brother Archie; her sister-in-law Wanda Hatcher; and her cousin Joyce Householder.
