He is survived by: his wife Jan Dotson; his brother Dan Boyles (Debbie); his children, Mike Wells (Imjei), Cassie Boyles, Savannah Hackler, Patrick, Jr. (Ida), Max Boyles (Jennifer), Jake Releford (April) and John Releford (Makaylah); his sister Tamara Henriquez (Henry); his grandchildren, Max, Bryson, Emily, Harvey, Alice, Naunnally, Tate, Anora and Aiden; the mother of his children Dayna Wells; his close friend Jay Morgan; and his mother-in-law Roxanne Graffagnini.
