He is survived by: his wife Sue Rollins Blankenship Noble; his daughter Kelly; his son-in-law Bob Richards; his son Chris Noble; his stepdaughter Reeca (Vance Lowe); his siblings, Sandra Powers, Linda Schnetzer and Charles; and his sister-in-law Debbie Noble. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, Several nieces & nephews.
