She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Tallent and Allie Waters Tallent; her husband James Tulloch; her son Steve; and her siblings, John Tallent, Maude Stiles, Vernon Tallent, Paul Tallent, Hazel Lowe, Martin Tallent, Katie Ruth Tallent, Louise Tinsley McGinnis and Fred Tallent.

She is survived by: her children, Kay Norton (Steve) and Mike Tulloch; her grandchildren, Kevin Norton (Carla) and Kelly Norton Pipes; and her great grandchildren, Clay Norton and Jamy Pipes. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
