It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lavonda Kerr Phelps of Maryville, Tennessee, who passed away on March 9, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Lynn Phelps Sr.; her parents, Johnny A. Kerr and Mary Josephine Kerr; and her sister Larinda Kerr Jago. She is survived by: her son Lynn; her daughter-in-law Erin Phelps; and her grandchildren, Kinsley Phelps and Brayden Phelps.
