We are sad to announce that on March 3, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Joseph Brian Caplinger of Maryville, Tennessee, born in Parkersburg, West Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father James Russell Caplinger; his brother Jeffrey Allen Caplinger; and also Kellen Caplinger. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Ann Brown Caplinger of Maryville; his daughters, Josephine, Emily and Loretta; his siblings, Dr. Kimberly Wilks (James) of Loudon, TN and Timothy Caplinger (Karen) of Parkersburg, WV; and his close friend Morag Turner of Maryville, TN.. He is also survived by two nieces, four nephews; four great nieces, three great nephews; two great-great nephews and one great niece as well as many uncles and aunts.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
