She was predeceased by: her husband Leon Kirkland; and her parents, Allen Russell and Janie Russell. She is survived by: her children, Russell Kirkland, Beverly Russell (Mark) and Kevin Kirkland (Toni); her grandchildren, Taylor Sneed (Dakota), Kayla Kirkland and Mikey Kirkland; and her sister Sharon Prince (Laverne). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
