He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stephens and Thelma Stephens; his siblings, Gladys Johnson (Orton), Dorothy Reed (Fred), Betty Holliman (Harold), Janice Kiser, John "Bud" Stephens (Freida) and Dallas Stephens (Bonnie); and his brother-in-law Jake Queener.
He is survived by: his wife Emma Grace Stephens; his children, Cathy Warner (Wayne), Stephanie Baker (Wayne), Laura Shockley (Brian), Sandy Koons (Steve) and Tony Stephens (Robin); his siblings, Vernon Stephens (Marty), Sandy Carter (Jimmy), Velma Tucker (Kenneth) and Martha Queener; and his brother-in-law Ronald Kiser. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
