It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Joe Reagan (Maryville, Tennessee), who passed away on June 9, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Reagan and Margaret Reagan (Dial); his siblings, Johnny, Charles, Wanda Sue and Jean Effler; and his grandchild Jessiah Plemons.
He is survived by: his wife Dale Rosella Reagan (Strickland); his children, Todd, Pam and Michelle (Plemons); his stepdaughter Rena Williams; his grandchildren, Ashley Plemons, Autumn Bragg, Milea Effler and Trevor McCollum; his great grandchildren, Brailey, Angelo and Addeline; and his siblings, Richard (Trula), Mike (Linda), Larry, Glen, Mary Dover (Charles), Chris (Brenda Wilson) and Darrell Owenby.
