It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelba Jean Miller of Manchester, Tennessee, who passed away on October 28, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, H. B. Lynn and Argie Lynn (Watson); and her brother Billy Lynn. She is survived by: her children, Lee Miller (Lindy) and Karen Casey (Brandon); her grandchildren, Aquila, Ivrian, Arden and Clyde; and her former husband Charles Miller.
